Thank you for choosing us. We understand that sometimes a product may not fully meet your expectations, and we want to ensure a transparent process to assist you with returns and refunds.
Return Policy
General Returns
- Time Frame: You have 7 days from the date of receiving your order to initiate a return.
- Condition for Return: Items must be unused, in the same condition you received them, and in the original packaging.
- Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.
Non-Returnable Items
- Certain types of goods are exempt from being returned, including: Soft furnishings including cushions, rugs and fabric lampshades
Special Orders
- Items marked as "Special Order" on the product page cannot be returned once production has started. Please ensure cancellation within 3 days of order placement.
Faulty or Damaged Items
- If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at akinteriorling@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving the product to qualify for a return or exchange.
Refunds
Refund Process
- Inspection: Upon receiving your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approval: If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
Timing of Refunds
- Standard Processing: Refunds are typically processed within 7-10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
- Late or Missing Refunds:
Sale Items
- Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded but may be eligible for an exchange or store credit.
Exchanges
- We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, email us at akinteriorling@gmail.com and send your item to: Unit 2, Ballinacurra Business Park, Midleton, Cork P25Y2A4.
Gifts
- If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return.
- If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves, we will send a refund to the gift giver.
Shipping Your Return

- Shipping Costs: You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. These costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
- Shipping Insurance and Tracking: We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
